Decide how you'd like to practice
You can join us in the studio, online in real time via LiveStream or on your own time with our Replay classes. If you're not sure which option fits best, this page walks you through each one.

Want a More Structured Start?
Our 4-week series offer a guided introduction to yoga and movement practices, running approximately once per quarter. Each series walks you through the foundations of a specific style so you can build confidence and settle into a regular practice at a comfortable pace.
Flow Yoga
A gentle introduction to the fundamentals of flow-based yoga (Vinyasa). Learn how breath and movement connect as you build a foundational practice.
Kundalini Yoga
Explore the unique elements of Kundalini practice – bandhas, mantra, kriyas, yogic breathing, and sound relaxation – in a welcoming, step-by-step format.
Tai Chi & Qi Gong
A moving meditation combining Yang 24 tai chi and Eight Brocades qigong. Build balance, ease tension, and begin to sense the flow of energy in the body.

→ Arrive 10-15 minutes early if it's your first visit
→ Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in
→ We recommend bringing your own mat – rental mats are available on a limited basis for $5. Blocks and straps are always provided
