GETTING STARTED
  • Which class should I take?

If you're new to yoga, our Beginner Series are a wonderful structured introduction – each one walks you through the foundations of a specific style over several sessions. We offer Beginner Flow, Beginner Kundalini, and an Intro to Tai Chi & Qi Gong series, running approximately once per quarter.

If you'd prefer to jump straight into regular classes, slower-paced or foundational classes are a great place to begin. Our class descriptions give you a quick overview of what to expect from each style.

If you have a specific physical requirement or injury, please reach out and we'll help you find the right fit.

  • Why practice at Radiance?

We make yoga accessible by creating a safe, welcoming, and grounded space to breathe, move, and reconnect. Our experienced teachers are committed to meeting students where they are – whether you're brand new or have been practicing for years.

We offer a wide variety of class styles and formats across in-studio, LiveStream, and OnDemand, so your practice can fit your schedule and your life.

  • What should I wear and bring?

    48+ hours before: full refund

Less than 48 hours or no-show: no refund

  • How do I book a class?

All classes are booked through our Momence account. Online registration is required – we cannot guarantee space if you haven't registered in advance.

Simply find a class on the schedule, click to book, and follow the prompts. You'll receive an email confirmation once you're registered.

ARRIVING AT THE STUDIO
  • When should I arrive?

We open our doors 15 minutes before class starts. If it's your first visit, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so we can get you settled.

We hold reservations until class start time – after that, your spot may be offered to a student on the waitlist. Please check in at the front desk at least 5 minutes before class begins.

  • What if I arrive late?

Late arrivals will not be admitted once class has started if the class is at capacity. Students will not be permitted after 10 minutes. If you arrive up to 10 minutes late, please wait at the front desk and a staff member will quietly let you in when appropriate.

  • Wha about cell phones and valuables?

Please silence or turn off all electronics before entering the studio. If you need to take a call, please step into the hallway.

Cubbies are available in all practice spaces for small valuables like your wallet, keys, and phone. We encourage you to use them – Radiance cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

CLASSES & PRACTICE
  • What is the difference between Flow and Kundalini yoga?

Flow yoga is derived from Hatha yoga and focuses on the relationship between breath and movement. It's a fluid series of poses linked together with the breath, offering a deeper connection with the body and a great mind-body workout.

Kundalini yoga – known as the yoga of awareness – uses breath, postures, meditation, and chanting to strengthen overall health and wellbeing. It promotes emotional balance, mental clarity, and deeper self-awareness, and is often described as the yoga of change and transformation.

  • Why do we chant in some classes?

Most yogic chants are in Sanskrit or Gurmukhi, both ancient languages of the yogic tradition. The sound vibrations created during chanting stimulate pressure points in the mouth, enhance a meditative state of mind, and can positively affect brain chemistry. Chanting is a powerful tool for quieting the mind and cultivating presence.

  • How do waitlists work?

If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist through our online reservation system. When a spot becomes available, either through a cancellation or a late cancel fee being applied,  you'll be automatically reserved and notified by email.

This is why early cancellation matters: cancelling at least 2 hours before class opens your spot for someone waiting.

  • How do I access my Radiance Replay?

Replay links are provided through your Momence account. After booking a class with a Replay option, log into your account and find the link under "My Bookings." Replays are available until 11:59pm on the day the class is scheduled.
