Jen Mullison is the Marketing and Communications Manager at Radiance Yoga, a role she has held since 2013. Based in Southern California, she works remotely to lead all aspects of marketing, from brand strategy and content creation to digital platforms and student communication.

She brings over 25 years of experience in advertising and marketing, including more than 15 years in the yoga and wellness space. As a former Radiance teacher, Jen has a unique perspective that bridges both the business and teaching sides of a studio, helping to create marketing that feels aligned, clear, and grounded in real experience.

Jen’s path into yoga began with a simple goal and evolved into a consistent, long-term practice that reshaped how she approaches both work and life. That perspective continues to inform her approach to marketing, focusing on sustainability, authenticity, and building genuine connection within a community.
