Daily Livestream Classes

Join us every day of the week for a variety of different class styles and teachers at specific times. Camera on or off – you can choose whether you want to be seen or not!

Almost all of our in-studio classes are also offered as a LiveStream class. On the website schedule, you’ll see two versions of the classes; one for the in-studio class, and one for the LiveStream class – take care to sign up for the correct version.

When you sign into your MindBody account, please ensure that your email address is correct and that you’ve opted in to receive emails from us.

Signing up: Sign up for any class with “LiveStream” in the name and check out normally. You’ll receive a confirmation email from our LiveStream scheduler FitGrid soon after.

Getting the Class Link: Once you’re within 60 minutes of the class’ scheduled start time, you’ll receive another email from FitGrid with a unique link to access the LiveStream. If you don’t see the email, search your spam and promotions folders. Look for subject lines containing the phrase “livestream link”. We recommend setting your email account so that messages from “hello@fitgrid.com” always arrive in your inbox, and are never marked as spam. Here’s a guide for how to do this for most email providers.

Signing into Class: Click your unique link a five to ten minutes before class is scheduled to start (this will allow ample time for the teacher to be sure that the settings are correct and that your audio is working properly). If you have the Zoom application on your device already, you’ll join immediately. If you do not have the Zoom application on your device, you’ll be prompted to download it.
