Flow Yoga

Flow yoga is a fluid style of yoga that links movement with breath for an intense mind-body workout.  This vigorous style of yoga generates heat, builds strength and flexibility, and focuses the mind.  Classes end with a deep relaxation.

Beginners Flow Yoga (8 week Series)

Beginners flow yoga is a great way to start your yoga practice.  This 8-week series (1 class a week) teaches brand new students yoga fundamentals and provides students with the necessary guidance to develop a safe and healing practice.  Students learn the basics of yogic breathing, sun salutations, yoga postures, focus points, energy blocks, and deep relaxation.  By gaining a solid understanding of these elements, students will feel comfortable and confident moving into Flow 1 classes.  The class is taught in a sequential manner and offered at a discount rate for pre-registered students but drop-in students are welcome.

Flow Yoga  

Students practice sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, seated forward bends and twists, backbends and inversions for a well-rounded and energizing practice.  Previous flow experience recommended. 

Flow Yoga Groove  

Students build strength and flexibility while grooving to an eclectic mix of rock, funk, hip hop, an reggae tunes.  Open to

all levels.

Karma Flow Yoga 

A rejuvenating and rewarding practice for a good cause:  30% of sales will be donated to Doctors without Borders.  Open to all levels.  Donation based (pay what you can).

Ashtanga/Flow Mix

This is a vigorous and athletic class that incorporates various postures from the Ashtanga series generating internal heat and a detoxifying sweat for the whole body. The practice results in improved circulation, a toned and stable body and a quite peaceful mind.  Previous yoga experience recommended. 

Prenatal Yoga (60 minutes)

Prenatal Yoga uses postures, breathing, and meditation from Flow yoga and Kundalini yoga to help ease pregnancy and delivery.  These classes help expecting mothers to prepare for labor and allow them to feel strong, confident, and happy at every stage of their pregnancy.  Prenatal classes are a supportive environment to connect with fellow mothers and share tips and resources.  Classes are open to mothers at all stages of pregnancy and yoga experience.
